About me
My original formal background is computer science, so worked as a SW engineer, but at some point in my career I've moved to management and also completed an MBA.
Within IBM I made my career out of maintenance services business (aka TLS), currently responsible for Premium support delivery across EMEA.
In my private life my main passion is music; I sing in a pop-jazz choir and I also play lead guitar in a metal band.
